REGISTRAZIONE
Tutte le persone che desiderano prenotare o acquistare un articolo devono registrarsi al sito, la registrazione di una persona avviene quando nella homepage entra nella sezione “Registrazione” e dovrà inserire in un form i suoi dati personali, un nome utente ed una password che generano una login, che gli permette di accedere immediatamente ad una “Area Personale” riservata, dove potrà effettuare anche pagamenti.
Inoltre, riceverà un e-mail al suo indirizzo di posta elettronica con il giorno e l’ora della registrazione, nome utente e password.
Tutte le persone che effettueranno un acquisto o una prenotazione dei nostri articoli, possono partecipare gratuitamente ai nostri giochi.

PRENOTAZIONE
L’utente già registrato può prenotarsi per un qualsiasi articolo semplicemente entrando nella sua “Area Personale” riservata, aprire l’ elenco degli articoli,sceglierlo, e cliccare sulla dicitura posta in testa alla pagina “ Aggiungimi all’ area azzurra”. Prontamente si vedrà recapitare una un e-mail al suo indirizzo di posta elettronica con la conferma della prenotazione.
Il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato entro 72 ore dalla prenotazione, altrimenti, la stessa sarà cancellata.
Qualsiasi prenotazione attivata (ossia una prenotazione effettuata, pagata e visualizzata nella lista) potrà essere cancellata, da parte dello staff, solo nel caso in cui la lista o l'articolo venisse sostituito (in tal caso all'utente spetterebbe una nuova prenotazione omaggio di pari importo) oppure in caso di riscatto della quota di prenotazione (vedi sotto: RISCATTO PRENOTAZIONE).
Una volta effettuato il pagamento di una quota di prenotazione, l'utente non potrà mai recedere dal pagamento della prenotazione già attivata e visualizzata in lista. Qualora l'utente recedesse dal pagamento di una quota di prenotazione già attivata, la Direzione si avvallerebbe il diritto di procedere legalmente contro l'utente sia per il rientro della quota di prenotazione che per il reato commesso.

La Direzione può concedere offerte per prenotazioni Omaggio. Nel caso di assegnazione di più prenotazioni Omaggio, queste potranno essere attribuite una sola volta per lo stesso articolo e in liste dove l’utente non ha prenotazioni inserite.. Un utente che avrà effettuato sette prenotazioni di qualsiasi articolo in una settimana solare, avrà diritto ad una prenotazione gratuita ad un articolo di sua scelta.

RISCATTO PRENOTAZIONE
Se l’utente in qualsiasi momento non vuole più partecipare al gioco può riscattare l’articolo prenotato cliccando sul pulsante “RISCATTALO” nell’area Articoli. Dopo il riscatto del bene, la prenotazione inerente l’articolo riscattato sarà cancellata. Non è possibile l'accumulo di più quote di prenotazioni per riscattare un singolo articolo. L'opzione di riscatto è valida per tutti gli articoli tranne che per i Buoni Benzina e Ricariche Telefoniche.

ISTRUZIONI PER IL PAGAMENTO
Tutti gli Utenti che dovranno effettuare i pagamenti, dovranno entrare nella loro Area Personale, cliccare sulla finestra verde “ Effettua il pagamento >> “ e seguire le relative istruzioni.

Ogni Utente che abbia effettuato una prenotazione o un acquisto, partecipa gratuitamente al gioco che gli permette di vincere l’articolo scelto, soltanto con la quota già pagata per la prenotazione.

REGOLE DEL GIOCO
Nella pagina di ogni articolo del sito sono presenti un’ area Azzurra ed una Bianca.
L’area Azzurra indica il numero di prenotazioni necessarie per vincere l’articolo, ogni volta che l’area azzurra si riempie, tutti gli utenti presenti passeranno nello stesso ordine cronologico nell’area Bianca ed il primo prenotato, quello in cima alla lista, vince il premio.
Contemporaneamente l’area Azzurra viene svuotata dei nominativi, in attesa di un nuovo riempimento.
Una casella di colore verde nell’area bianca indicherà il prossimo nominativo che vincerà il premio.
I premi saranno assegnati due volte agli utenti prenotati nell’area Bianca con la data d’iscrizione più vecchia, ed una volta all’utente prenotato nell’area Bianca con il più alto numero di Punti Premio.
Tutti gli utenti che avranno vinto i premi compariranno nella sezione del sito Testimonials.
Per l’immissione nell’ area Azzurra e Bianca viene sempre considerato l' orario di prenotazione.
Nel caso dell’inserimento di nuovi articoli, l’ area Azzurra sarà aggiornata non prima di 36 ore dalla loro immissione nel sistema, per garantire l’esatta cronologia di classifica a tutti gli utenti partecipanti.
Ogni utente ha la facoltà di prenotare al massimo quattro volte lo stesso articolo. Le offerte promozionali sugli articoli non sono cumulabili tra loro.

PUNTI PREMIO
La funzione dei Punti Premio è quella di dare la possibilità a tutti i partecipanti al gioco di potersi aggiudicare più velocemente l’articolo preferito. Infatti, chi ha più Punti Premio nell’area Bianca riceverà l'articolo prima degli altri, secondo la regola dell’alternanza, due premi ai prenotati più vecchi ed uno al prenotato con più Punti Premio.

La somma dei Punti Premio ottenuti mensilmente da un singolo utente sarà immessa in una classifica generale di colore Arancio, e concorrerà gratuitamente a vincere dei premi in Ricariche Telefoniche e Buoni Benzina come comunicato in homepage dall’Amministrazione di Trecoloritalia.

Se un utente registrato suggerisce questo sito ad altre persone, le quali si registrano ed inseriscono il suo nome utente nel form di "Registrazione", gli verranno accreditati 50 Punti Premio dopo che il nuovo utente avrà pagato almeno una prima prenotazione, mentre la nuova persona registrata avrà il beneficio di vedere raddoppiare i Punti Premio a lei spettanti, per le prenotazioni o acquisti fatti al momento della registrazione. Ogni utente registrato può ricevere quotidianamente illimitate registrazioni per referenza e le rispettive prenotazioni legate saranno attivate massimo quattro al giorno. Le registrazioni con prenotazioni per referenza, che superano le quattro al giorno, verranno attivate cronologicamente il giorno seguente.
L’utente che prenota o acquista almeno un prodotto, riceve Punti Premio secondo la seguente tabella:

I Punti Premio sono gestiti dall’utente nell'apposita “Area Personale”, questi può spostare i punti ottenuti in favore di qualunque sua prenotazione entro le 72 ore successive alla loro conferma, scaduto tale termine decade la facoltà di spostare i propri punti. I Punti Premio una volta attribuiti ad una posizione non potranno essere più spostati.

AREA PERSONALE
Nell’ “Area Personale” riservata l’utente troverà quattro caselle: entrando nella prima gestirà i Punti Premio ottenuti prenotandosi o acquistando i prodotti, nella seconda troverà i Punti Premio ricevuti dai nuovi utenti registrati, nella terza “lista vincite” avrà il dettaglio delle proprie vincite e cliccando sul pulsante “conferma ricezione articolo” dovrà inserire la data del ricevimento dell’articolo e rilasciare un breve commento.Nella quarta casella potrà effettuare i pagamenti.

ACQUISTO
Tutti gli articoli presenti nel sito si possono acquistare andando nell’area dell’articolo scelto cliccando nella casella verde “ACQUISTALO”.

ARTICOLI
Trecoloritalia si riserva la possibilità di cambiare gli articoli, se non sono più disponibili sul mercato, con altri più recenti della stessa tipologia. Tutti gli articoli sono nuovi, e saranno accompagnati da scontrino o ricevuta validi per attivare la garanzia della casa produttrice.
Prima della spedizione di qualsiasi articolo, verrà richiesto all’utente tramite e-mail, la conferma dei suoi dati per avere la certezza del suo indirizzo. Le spese di spedizione e dazi doganali degli articoli saranno interamente a carico dell’utente ricevente.
Le offerte promozionali non sono cumulabili.

La direzione di Trecoloritalia si riserva a suo insindacabile giudizio di accettare o respingere le registrazioni delle persone interessate.

Trecoloritalia si riserva la possibilità di togliere gli articoli dal listino quando non saranno più prodotti dalla casa costruttrice e saranno terminate le scorte di magazzino.

L’utente che agirà in maniera scorretta e fraudolenta e non conforme al regolamento nei confronti di Trecoloritalia, sarà immediatamente espulso e non potrà mai più registrarsi, ed avrà soltanto la possibilità, entro 72 ore dalla comunicazione del provvedimento di espulsione, di riscattare gli articoli per i quali ha attivato la prenotazione, dopo tale termine perderà ogni somma versata ed i diritti acquisiti sugli articoli stessi.

E’ severamente vietato fare Spam e/o forme di pubblicità non corrette. La persona registrata che infrangerà queste regole sarà immediatamente espulsa e non potrà mai più registrarsi perdendo tutti i diritti acquisiti nella sua partecipazione ed i soldi versati non gli saranno rimborsati.

Se l’attività del sistema combinato Trecolori terminerà o sarà sospesa per cause indipendenti dalla volontà di Trecoloritalia, gli utenti registrati non avranno in nessun caso il diritto al rimborso della quota di prenotazione e dei diritti acquisiti sui prodotti.

Trecoloritalia si riserva il diritto di variare o cancellare qualsiasi condizione regolamentare in ogni momento dandone indicazione nella vetrina della Home Page almeno giorni dieci prima dell’applicazione della modifica.

La persona registrata sarà immessa nell’ area articoli solo con il nome utente da lei fornito al momento della registrazione, per garantirne la privacy.

REGISTRATION
A new User becomes registered when accessing the Home Page and clicking on the “Registrazione” Button, completing the form in which the User must specify his/her personal details and the item he/she wishes to order. He/she will be asked to create a UserID and a Password that will be used to log in the “Area Personale” section of the site. In the “Area Personale” section, the User will also find all his/her personal details including orders and transactions. Once registered, the User will automatically receive an email containing his/her personal details, his/her first order and method of payment. The payment must be fulfilled within 72 hours from the moment the new User submits his/her order, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Once a new User has successfully registered, his/her order will appear in the “Area Azzurra” section next to the item requested and his/her UserID Nickname will also appear.
Only after the first payment has been completed, the new User receives access to log in the “Area Personale” section and his/her order and nickname will appear in the “Azzurra Area” section of the site.

RESERVE AN ITEM
A registered User can submit future orders for any item by logging in the “Area Personale” section and selecting the item directly from the list of categories and clicking on the “Aggiungimi all’area azzurra” buttom. Once this procedure has been accomplished, he/she will automatically receive an email containing details of his/her new orders and method of payments. The payments must then be fulfilled within 72 hours from the moment he/she submits his/her new order otherwise it will be cancelled.
Any reserved activated item (reserved, paid and displayed in the list) can only be canceled by the staff in case the list or the item is replaced (this circumstance grants the client with a new free item reservation quote of the same amount, one per list and in those in which the user does not have reservations), or in the case of redemption of the reserved fee (see below: REDEMPTION OF THE ITEM).
Once the payment of a reservation fee has been finalized, the User cannot withdraw the payment of the reserved item that already has been activated and displayed in the list. If the user were to withdraw the reserved payment, the staff is entitled to take legal action against the user for the reimbursement of the reserved fee and for the carried out crime.
Trecoloritalia may grant reserved item promotion. If a User recieves more than one promotion, he/she may may use it only once in favour of a specific Item.
A User who reserves 7 items in one week time, will recieve a free reserve item promotion.

REDEMPTION OF THE ITEM
Once the user is listed either in the “Area Azzurra” section or the “Area Bianca” section of the site he/she may proceed his/her purchase of the item ordered at any time by sending an email to riscatto@trecoloritalia.com along with the amount of the difference between the first order down payment and the actual price of the item (Listino prezzi) along with shipment and duty charges. Once Trecoloritalia receives the complete payment and the item is sent to the client, the Users nickname will be removed from the “Area Azzurra” or the “Area Bianca” section of the site. It is not possible to accumulate downpayments per reserved items to redempt a single item.

HOW TO PAY
All Users who wish to make a payment must Login the “Area Personale” sectione and click on the green button “Pay Here”>> and follow the instructions.

All Users who have Reserved or Purchased an Item participate, with no extra charges, to the game which gives you the opportunity to win the item only with the Reserve an Item downpayment price.

GAME RULES
In each page of the site there are two areas: Area Azzurra and Area Bianca. The Area Azzurra indicates the number of reservations needed to win the item. Each time the Area Azzurra is completed, all users will pass chronologically in the Area Bianca section and the first user in at the top of the list recieves the item. At the same time the Area Azzurra section empties awaiting to be completed again. A highlighted green box will indicate the next user that will receive the item. The items will be given out to the first two users at the top of the list and once to the user with the highest number of Bonus points. All Users who receive the items will be visualized in the Testimonial area of the site.

“AREA AZZURRA” AND “AREA BIANCA” SECTIONS OF THE SITE
For each page containing description of an Item, there are 2 different coloured sections: The “Area Azzurra” section (Blue) and the “Area Bianca” section (White). The “Area Azzurra” section indicates how many orders have been recently submitted. Once the “Area Azzurra” section reaches a certain number of orders (depending on the item), all Users will pass chronologically in the “Area Bianca” section.
Everytime the “Area Azzurra” section reaches the number of orders requested, the first User of the
“Area Bianca” section maintains the right to receive the item requested at a discounted price. At the same time, the “Area Azzurra” section will commence requesting new orders. Both the “Area Azzurra” and “Area Bianca” sections indicate all clients who have placed orders for the listed Item and the number of BonusPoints received. The “Area Azzurra” section indicates all latest orders. All Users’ new orders will be added to the “Area Azzurra” section considering the date and time that the item was submitted. The Users’ nickname highlighted in the green box will be the next to receive the item requested at a discounted price. The discounted items will be assigned chronologically for the two first Users of the “Area Bianca” section and once for the User who has achieved the highest number of BonusPoints and will also be indicated with a highlighted green box. All Users that have received their items will appear in the “Testimonials” section of the site. All Users may reserve the same item only four times

BONUSPOINTS - “Punti Premio”
The bonuspoints gives an opportunity to all Users to receive the item at a discounted price. The User who has achieved the highest number of BonusPoints in the “Area Bianca” section maintains
the right to receive the item at a discounted price following the rule of the two first Users of the “Area Bianca” section and once for the User who has achieved the highest number of BonusPoints. All Users that have received the sum of their BonusPoints in one month’s time will all be added to the “Punti Premio” section of the site in an Orange List and will participate free to receive monthly prices given by Trecoloritalia that will be listed in the Home Page of the site. If a Registered User advertises the Trecoloritalia site to a new client who also registers inserting the User adviser’s nickname in the Registration form, after the payment is cleared, the User who advertised thge site will receive 50 BonusPoints after the new User has paid a first Item reservation. The new registered clients will receive double BonusPoints according to the item he wishes to order once the registration procedure has been successfully accomplished. Any registered user may receive unlimited daily registration references and their reservations will be activated no more than four per day. Registrations and reservations for references, accessing four, will be activated the following day. The User who orders and purchases at least one product receives the following BonusPoints:

All Users that have obtained BonusPoints in one month’s time will be added to the “Punti Premio” section of the site in an Orange List and participate free to receive monthly prices given by Trecoloritalia that will be listed in the Home Page of the site. In the “Area Personale” section the User will be provided with three categories: In the first category he/she can administrate his/her BonusPoints, can order and purchase items directly. In the second category the user will find all BonusPoints received thanks to the registration of new clients that have inserted their nicknames during the registration. In the third category the user can visualize all details regarding his/her purchases and can also state a brief comment regarding the whole transaction. All bonuspoints can be administrated in the “Area Personale” section. The user can move his/her bonuses in any Area of the site where other items are listed within 72hours of receipt of confirmation. Once the 72 hours have expired, the bonuspoints can no longer be moved.
All Bonuspoints become valid only after confirmation of payment.

PURCHASE AN ITEM
All items in the site can also be purchased by sending a requested email to acquisto@trecoloritalia.com . Once Trecoloritalia receives the request they will contact the client and confirm by email or fax the total cost (shipment and duty charges included)

ITEMS
Trecoloritalia reserves the right to update items if these are no longer available on the market considering quality and their original prices. All items are new and will be provided with receipt, invoice and warranty. Before shipping any Item, Trecoloritalia will request by email a confirmation of the users identity and shipping address. All shipment and duty costs must be entirely covered by the client (receiver). Trecoloritalia may in its sole discretion accept or reject orders, or advise you of its inability to process orders. A user who makes use of inappropriate behaviour or do not follow the Users Agreement Policy will be removed from the site and will not be able to re-register. If this were to occur, he/she will be allowed only to the complete the purchase of his/her placed orders. It is restricted to use any form of spam or incorrect advertisement .
